The second Czech draught beer restaurant of Czech standard was opened at 107 Pasteur, Ben Nghe Ward, district 1,HCMC.
The leader - a Vietnamese resident returning from Czech having studied and lived over 30 years in the country which is internationally famous with beer firms. Besides, he has been devoting more than 20 years to work for Gambrinus’s master - a Czech number one company.
He showed his expectations to return to Vietnam and longed for another beer business here. Since admiring his honesty as well as passion for working in Gambrinus many years, the master agreed and appointed a Czech expert to come with him studying water supply and other conditions for an oversea operation .
After a long time searching, testing the water, fortunately, he managed to find a kind of appropriate water for brewing that of celebrated beer. Immediately, a group of Gambrinus experts was brought to Vietnam for fitting up and making an experiment.
In 2005 he was successful in setting up the first Gambrinus furnace at 198 Tran Quang Khai, Hanoi. Being admired by a crowd of customers and encouraged by Czech companies, he along with many experts did not betray our feeling, taking pains to find out water supply for development in Ho Chi Minh city.
In order to reach tonic, fresh flavour and cheery feeling, beer has been brewed and under close observation by Czech through Gambrinus traditonal technological process which has same strict quality of materials such as:
Greatest barley from Bohemia, Plzen hops, yeast and water filtered by the most special and modern technology. First is grinding barley, then boiling in copper ,next distiling in filter bed , filtering, fermating and waiting exactly 65 days later to let out a kind of 12o beer; 55 days for 10o one; finally, 70-90 days for traditional dark liquor.
From now on, you can enjoy both caramel and dark beer brewed right in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh restaurant with celabrated Gambrinus taste without going elsewhere far. The important thing is that you won’t have a headache although how much you drink because the andy-hyt is completely deoxidized.
